In order to cater to the different needs of our clients' in regards to pricing, we have formulated flexible pricing models or options.

• Fixed Model
• Material and Time Model
• Milestone Model
• Direct Team or Dedicated Team Model

Fixed Model:

This is the normal or standard pricing model in which the pricing is set based on the scope and specifications of the project. After coming to the agreement, the project will be signed off and the project will be started. Payments would be made in parts, i.e., advance payment, mid-way payment, and payment after the completion of the project. This can be chosen by companies which have no issues with funds.

Material And Time Model:

This model is based on hourly rate. It suits complex projects. In complex and time consuming projects, the customers can come with alternative suggestions or requirements due to which the project can get prolonged, and during this phase, instead of paying up bulk payments, the customers' can pay on hourly rates which will reduce their cost drastically. Also, in this model, the client has got the option to shrink the team size in order to cut cost in the prolonged phase.

Milestone Model:

This model will best suit companies which want to see the development first and then pay or to those who are on tight budget. The payment will be made on achieving agreed targets or milestones. In fact, this model would be a good option to monitor big projects and to reduce risk from the side of the customers.

Direct Team or Dedicated Team Model:

This option suits for companies who choose and command a team directly from their location. This team functions as an extended arm of our customer's company. We'll come to an agreement with our customer after determining the team size, depending upon the number of resources and the infrastructure allocated.

Pricing Model Suggested By A Customer:

Apart from the pricing models mentioned above, we welcome different pricing model suggestions from our clients.
